The Brief

The conversion and extensive refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building in the Belgravia Conservation Area, returning it to a luxurious family home.

What we Did

The JLE Studio team, led by Andrew Roberts, were responsible for overseeing the construction stage of this extensive heritage building project. The project itself included major exterior works, such as roof and façade repairs and renovations, all within the requirements of the building’s Grade II* listed status.

A rear kitchen extension and ground floor courtyard were also added. Far-ranging internal refurbishment and re-configuration involved heritage repairs to existing historical details, adding a hydro pool, spa and gym facilities as well as creating a sunken lower-ground floor cinema space.
